Refunds and Replacements Policy

The returned goods must arrive in "as-new" condition without damage to the product or packaging.

If the product was damaged or faulty before you received it, please take a photo of the product and notify us by email that you wish a refund or replacement. In this case, we will refund the total amount charged and your return postage fees.

Please note that if you bought our products from one of our approved retailers, you must apply for a refund via them. Michell will only refund products bought directly from Michell.
