Warranty Information
Please register your product within 28 days of purchase.
Thank you for registering your new Michell Engineering product, your registered product will now be covered under warranty for a total of 5 years from the purchase date, details below.
The warranty is only valid for products sold in the UK. For international customers please contact your local dealer / distributor for warranty details, but please still register your product.
Warranty and servicing
- In the unlikely event of your J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd product developing a fault, firstly contact your dealer where the product was purchased.
- If the product has to be returned to J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd, please do not do so without first contacting us.
- If a product is returned to J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd and subsequently is found to have no fault or a non-warranty fault, a minimum charge equal to the cost of one hours labour will be applied to inspect the product. Subsequent repair and/or return will also be chargeable.
- Proof of purchase is required for any claim covered by this warranty.
- This registered product is warranted for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship but does not cover issues arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.
- The warranty is void if any attempt has been made by persons unauthorised by J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd to dismantle, modify or repair any part of the product.
- Products must be returned using the original packaging. This warranty doesn’t cover damage during transit.
- The warranty does not cover carriage to J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd.
- Returned products that are deemed to be covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd.
- Please allow a minimum of 21 days for warranty repairs.
- This warranty is not transferable.
- This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights. This warranty is only valid in the United Kingdom.
